A rare Edwardian summer skirt!  Medium weight white cotton with a ribbed texture.  Two patch pockets.  Decorative buttons down the front.  Hook-and-eye waist and snap front closure.  There are pleats on the back that could possibly accommodate a small bustle.   A lovely and rare piece that can easily be worked into a modern wardrobe.
